Not completely satisfied with your product?
Here at Emerose Jewelry, we take pride in providing high-quality pieces. If you have received a piece that is broken or faulty, we can exchange or repair it for you, for free. After contacting us, we ask that you simply send back the product that you were unhappy with. Upon receiving it, we will send you back the new or repaired piece.
To initiate an exchange or repair, kindly email emerosejewelry.cs@gmail.com. Please write "Customer Request" in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Replacements and repairs are valid for 60 days after delivery.
Proof of purchase required.
Shipping is currently not covered.
Note: Engravable Jewelry does not qualify for returns/exchanges.
