Not completely satisfied with your product?
Here at Emerose Jewelry, we take pride in providing high-quality pieces. If you have received a piece that is broken or faulty, we can replace it for you, for free. After contacting us, we ask that you simply send back the product that you were unhappy with. Upon receiving it, we will send you a replacement of the same item.
If you decide that you do not want a replacement, kindly contact us so that we can further discuss any options.
To initiate an exchange or inquire about a return, kindly email emerosejewelry.cs@gmail.com. Please write "Customer Return" in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Replacements or refunds (if approved) are valid for 30 days after delivery.
Proof of purchase required.
Shipping is currently not covered.
Note: Engravable Jewelry does not qualify for returns/exchanges.
