Returns and Shipping

Here at Emerose Jewelry, we take pride in providing high-quality pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we can replace it for you, for free. After contacting us, we will ask you to simply send back the product that you were unhappy with. Upon receiving it, we will send you a replacement of the same item. 

If you decide that you do not want a replacement, no problem. Kindly contact us so that we can further discuss refund options. 

Replacements and returns are valid for 30 days after delivery.
Shipping is currently not covered.

Note: Engravable Jewelry does not qualify for returns/exchanges.

Shipping times are indicated during checkout. You will be notified by email once your order has shipped.

If you are local, delivery is free, and your order will be hand delivered by us!

Duties and taxes are currently not applicable on any order (subject to change at any time). Your final cost will consist of the price of the item(s) and the shipping cost, if applicable.
